Beginners Wet Felting & Embroidery Class

9am start - prompt – 4pm approx. finish.
Maximum of 8 students. Class & Kit Cost - $75
Please Note – felting is a physical task – standing whilst rolling the felt & using upper arm muscles!
I can help – but I can’t do the whole process for you!
Bring old bath size towel & plastic bag to take home wet items in! Lux Flakes will be used.
Bring gloves if you are allergic to soap!
Learn how to wet felt 2 sample pieces using merino sliver & lots of other ‘goodies’ such as silk fibres / fabric ./ wool yarns etc. Your 2nd piece can be for your embroidery stitching. Because it takes at least a day for your felt to dry properly – you will get 2 premade pieces of felt to practice your embroidery stitches on. Felt is a strong yet lovely ‘fabric’ to stitch on – no 2 pieces will ever be the same – making your felt unique to you!
