Temari Balls
The Temari ball is a symbol of loyalty and Great friendship. Traditionally they were constructed from remnants of old Kimono's, wrapped with silk threads. Often given to children by their mothers with a small goodwill wish inserted inside whilst being made.
Now an embroidery art form and an important traditional craft of Japan
