Practising Points Beginners Patchwork Class

Maximum of 7 students
This can be a ‘one off’ class to learn the basics of Patchwork (quilting is when the top, batting & backing are all assembled). Or students can continue with further classes to complete the 40½” square patchwork top. Using fabrics from the ‘Create Joy Project’, students will learn how to cut fabric accurately using a rotary cutter, ruler & cutting mat. How to sew a precise ¼” seam to join all the sections together & many other useful hints & tips.

along with your sewing machine in good working order.
Sewing machine available for you to borrow for the class – but this needs to be booked in advance!
